Council Meeting Highlights

March  2004

* Approved the Sexton duties and responsibilities for the care of the church facilities including the procedures for building readiness for church functions.

* Approved revised Wedding Policies as presented by the Worship and Music Committee.

* Approved the Cemetery Committee's recommendation to obtain insurance coverage for tombstone damage..

* Approved the Property Committee's recommendation to transfer the kitchen responsibilities to the Women of Zion.

* The Property Committee provided Council with the protocol for snow and ice removal.
