- Election of officers

- Judy Patno – Assistant Treasurer (Pending her
Approval)
- Richard Zerbe – Financial Secretary
- Discussed vacancy on Council due to lack of names on
the ballot at the Annual Meeting. Members indicated an interest in having a
youth serve. Lynn Placzek will poll members of the Youth Group for their
interest.
- Voted to allocate $1000 for Energy cost Reduction for
items such as programmable thermostats and florescent light bulbs.
- Committee liaisons were selected
- Martin Flannery, 430 North Enola Drive - bid of $3503
was accepted as accountant of the church records for 2006.
- Motion passed to move the utility bills to be paid
automatically from the church checking account – Will be set up by Alvin
Bock III
- Annual reports from committees must be received by
January 16th to be included in the church Annual Report
- Richard Zerbe and Pat Arter were added to the
nominating committee for 2006 as outgoing council members
- Committee sign up sheets need to be put out in
January.
- Gave Virginia Arter approval to pursue the printing of
a new Pictorial Directory.
