Council Meeting Highlights

June 2006

* Approved the use of the Sanctuary and fellowship hall for Bonnie Sweger and Jack Duncan wedding and reception on June 16, 2007.

* Approved distribution of the funds left over from the previous national youth gathering to be distributed to these attending this year.

* Approved asking the congregation for monetary and food items for the San Antonio youth event.

* Approved the hiring of an independent contractor on a part-time basis to do repairs needed in the church.

* Received thank you from Bishop Carol Hendrix for our continued benevolence support to the Synod.

* Agreed to cancel the council meeting for July.

* Approved the use of the fellowship hall by Pastor Gwenn on July 18, 2006, 7:00 - 10:30 pm

* Approved the use of the parking lot by the PA Ballet for June 12, 2006.
