Council Meeting Highlights

March 2009

·        Discussed the family promise program and will review the provided DVD at the next council meeting.

·        Approved an amended “Restricted fund policy” which was recommended by the finance committee.

·        Approved the motion that we receive at least 3 bids for any item or work performed over $10,000

·        Spring Cleaning around the outside of the church will be performed April 25^th

·        Approved the Four all seasons credit card for the cemetery

·        The adopt a highway cleanup will not be done on April 11^th as stated in the stewardship minutes.

·        Approved Jacqueline Brock and Jim Hetrick to attend the synod assembly.
