Council Meeting Highlights

February 2009

• Approved Steven Brothers Eagle scout project of placing awning above two of the stairways to the basement.

• Approved George & Judy Brewbaker as associate members

• Approved James Peters as a new member.

• Approved the concept of Green Burials in our cemetery.

• Approved the creation of a piano fund recommended by worship and music committee

• Approved the use of half of the midweek Lenten offering to be put into the piano fund not including the Lenten folders.

• Approved Facility use request by Gretchen Ramsey on April 5th

• Approved $1000 donation to Family promise in memory of Joe Sapochak and $1500 kept in the memorial fund for the Family Promise project.
